What you share
Customer inquiries collect your name, email, optional or required phone depending on your contact choice, company if supplied, service category, city and state, requested timing, requirements, optional budget, and any event or callback details you provide. A callback request also collects your preferred day, time window, and time zone. Text replies require separate permission.
Career expressions of interest collect your contact details, city and state, license jurisdiction, type and status, optional expiration, experience, training, service interests, availability, optional start date, and optional professional background or profile URL. Please do not send identity documents or full license numbers.
How it is used
We use customer details to respond to and assess security inquiries. We use applicant details to consider expressions of interest and contact applicants about a possible opportunity. Submitting a form is not a confirmed service appointment or job offer.
Where it goes
Form information is emailed to Delano Security through a transactional email provider so we can respond. The website hosting provider processes requests to operate the site. Submissions are not stored in a public database on this website. No marketing text permission is requested.
Retention and requests
A retention period and deletion workflow have not yet been finalized. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, contact bakerowen87@gmail.com. Requests will be handled directly while the formal retention policy is reviewed.

Do not enter access codes, alarm codes, or other sensitive security information in a website form. This notice should be reviewed by the business owner before launch.
